Passionate people who love BSMH Long tenure directors who know their stuff High Pay Work from home

Cons

Where it used to be a health system, it turned into a GPO. This transition took a lot of the care and passion from people as the goal of servicing patients and clinicians changed to saving money and marketing. Everything feels robotic Sr. Leadership is leaving in droves
