Very flexible in working with clients - we can handle extremely large projects, yet we are still able to tailor our services to each specific clients' needs or requirements. Advastar management encourages input from everyone and are always encouraging continued education and providing resources - helping create relationships and long term partners. Communication throughout the company is great, very open with sharing values, commitments and planning - keeping everyone focused on our goals.

Small office with individuals that all work really hard, but still know how to have a lot of fun together. Everyone gets along really well and it feels like a work family! I love that the bosses truly care about the employee's and how much positive interaction there is. I also like the genuine appreciation we have for our clients and we all work towards the same goals and improving the company every day. I had worked at a company for 10 years prior to joining Advastar, and I "thought" I was happy. Advastar has opened my eyes!! I love the team and what we do each day leaves me knowing that we've helped others with getting jobs, and I really like that.
