      Pros

      Good place to work for a new grad. For the most part, you keep the same patients for the 3 day stretch or however many days you work that week. Plenty of learning opportunities through Adventhealth University. The pay is as good or better than some nearby hospitals.

      Cons

      I've seen a lot of favoritism especially during day shift, and employees gossiping about each other.

      Management will truly drive you insane—they’ve stopped caring about their employees, and this hospital clearly takes advantage of its healthcare workers. Always short staffed with very limited resources
