      Patients are treated very good.

      Cons

      If you are not a "favorite" good-luck getting anywhere. The leads are allowed to mock you and somehow you get in trouble or fired???? I received patient comment cards on a daily basis stating that I had helped them and/or made their experience better in one way or another, but that didn't matter to management because I wasn't a "favorite", very sad, I worked there for years and know I did a great job for the patients so that makes me happy.

      Best Unit in the Hospital

      Pros

      nurses I work with are the best, doctors are good and nice, hospital is close to work, schedule is easy and varied. Really no downside to the unit.

      Cons

      Centura keeps cutting benefits, last raise was 38 cents, they really should have kept the money. Other benefits also keep getting cut, EIB, health insurance etc.
