      -great gear deals -great hiring practices, everyone is fun, smart, and kind -vast majority of customers are great and like to support this business specifically -quality products, not selling inferior items -if you like the outdoors you will meet some great people here

      Cons

      -slow days are tough -low pay for all employees gives staff blues
