Pros

I had a great experience working here, and while I saw some other colleagues struggle, I always feel welcomed and appreciated.

Cons

It’s hard to have a hybrid workforce. Keeping morale high and people aware of everything going on is a hard task but it’s clear the organization cares about this.

Your entire experience hinges on how you mesh with the executive director. Some find leadership to be abrasive and dictating, while others can buy in to the "entrepreneurship" mentality and sales ethos.
