Pros

First job experience for teens- a place they can get work in Iowa Low-cost food for workers

Cons

As an adult I witnessed many instances of workplace bullying being done by ast mgr and mgr toward teens Belittling of teen employees, abusive conduct toward teens, teens being grabbed to check their uniforms unacceptable behavior by mgr/ast mgrs. Humilitating them in front of other workers., to the point I actually seen a 14 yr old worker leave in tears. Racial comments against Latinos and black teens. This isn't a family oriented business any longer this is a money making corporation, who doesn't care about the employees young or old.

Pros

High Hours, Meet Many New People, learn to work for hardly any pay, free admission to park on certain days

Cons

Pay under minimum wage, long hours, inept management, I was lied to when giving my notice: asked them if they preferred 8 days and I be done or two weeks and have to adjust for my schedule. They asked for 8 days and assured me I would be a rehireable employee, then proceeded to put me on their do not hire list for insufficient notice.
