Sometimes the toilets don't leak.

CEO is out-dated. SMT are old-timers and very set in traditional methodologies. No idea how to meet demands of new environment, retreat to familiar (to them) methods of coping - great for a company set on surviving in 1997. They think using the term "AI" in front of everything future-proofs their position. No real leadership. Delegation - not management. Zero change of internal progression. Toxic positivity about internal targets. Be prepared to tread-water.
