You would be hard-pressed to find a kinder, more supportive, and more intelligent group of people. - Work/life balance is unmatched. The team supports a true turn-your-phone-off and relax on PTO culture, unlike anywhere I've been before. - CS org has had major improvements in structure and operations throughout the past few years and the organizational structure that AdvicePay uses as a whole keeps everyone on the same page. - Company onsites twice a year in Bozeman, MT promotes a really cohesive team experience. - Benefits are solid.
Cons
- Below average salaries - hopefully will improve as the company grows and becomes the market standard for their industry. - Growth opportunities - not a unique issue, small but scaling startups can often have a gap here, which again likely will improve over time.
