Pros

Good Pay Good Snacks Nice office

Cons

Where to start! This is a nightmare, probably the worst experience in my long work life! It starts at the top! The leadership is a joke! They spend their time fluffing their feathers and growing their egos! The lack of professionalism is mind boggling! For a CEO to constantly swear and bully employees and then deflect any criticism of the poorly delivered product is shameful! I can honestly say that in my over 25 years of working, I have never encountered a more incompetent group! I feel like I’m at the Land of Misfit Toys!

Pros

Typical start up perks. Hybrid environment to go into office twice a week, free snacks and drinks, there were free lunches, but that's being phased out, unlimited PTO. Most people are nice enough there, but there are too many changes between people leaving and new people starting to know who is who.

Cons

It's a startup, so you're going to work and work and work and never really feel satisfied. You will find yourself eating lunch at your desk (or just skipping it all together) to get caught up on your work. Meetings I am in you're going to hear a lot of people trying to ask clarifying questions to get more answers about what this #1 priority is. If you manage to schedule some time off, by the time you get back, you're already burnt out by the end of two weeks again and looking forward to the next time you can get away from work. My goals that I set are a joke since by the time the next quarter rolls around, most of what I WAS working is now no longer what I am now. I find it incredibly difficult to keep focused on my career and where I want to head next. We are so busy attempting to attain the next customer milestone that was promised by someone that I've never even met that you will find yourself on "death march" projects where the sole focus is to just "get it done" and then there will be time to focus on the things we need to do to fix things so they are better for next time. But the next #1 priority comes while the last one is still there, and this just keeps happening. We are using either outdated software or stuff that has been built in-house, and we can never get an opportunity to deal with the core issues. If you're lucky, you will not be managed by a micromanager, but you will inevitably be dealing with a micromanager on some level when they reach out to you since their employee stating you were a "blocker". Be aware that even though this is a start up, we've inherited everything legacy from CFN.

Pros

- Free sparkling water, chips etc

Cons

- Pls be very careful if you are trying to join this company, if there are no options available on this earth, then pls join this company - This company sends frequent surveys, employees do write honest opinion but no action are taken. In fact, you will see, as soon as this review will be posted, HR will add comment that they are willing to talk .. but too late - Work is messed up, no directions. Also, Data and Analytics division is worst division. Ppl are treated as cats, dogs. There are no model defined and key ppl doesn't know anything, no documentation, no confidence - All veteran employees who were with this company have left but there is zero to no response from management - Last bonus paid was totally unfair. People were so frustrated that they left the same day when bonus was paid - No stock options were given to employees just false promises - I see few ppl have added positive feedback in Feb of this year.. all fake.. - Note to HR - pls don't write back to my review that we would have discussed or anything, even you know how many employees have left in last 6 months and still people are leaving - I am 100% confident my review will not change current conditions but atleast I can save anyone who is planning to join this place
