Pros

nice office. great people

Cons

owner is insecure and paranoid and unable to allow this company to grow. negotiates lower pay to employees by talking about a company bonus that will make everyone a bunch of money. Employees of 4 years and more have never received these supposed bonuses. owner has no work/life balance and expects all employees to work all the time.

Smoke and Mirrors

Pros

Several dedicated, underpaid and under appreciated co workers.

Cons

Micro management, no trust in employees, lack of respect for anyone. Be prepared to give up your family life once employed, it isn't a priority here. When you first come "on board", you are led to believe the company is growing and the bonus is what you are truly working for. After time, it becomes clear that the profits this company makes is absorbed by other companies owned by the CEO.

Absolutely Pathetic Company

Pros

Most of the employees have great personalities and senses of humor. It is a joy to work with most of them. Unfortunately, they are SHEEP, and continue to do what the CEO tells them to do, even though he doesnt have a clue how to run his company.

Cons

The CEO wrote a book called "Financial Insanity' about the use of annuities. The real financial insanity, is the fact that he uses outdated systems and processes, that have been proven to not work. If someone suggests an system that will actually work, he dismisses them, and forges ahead. The salary is 'OK', but commissions and bonuses NEVER materialize. I had to leave before I killed myself.
