Pros

Weekly pay and that's about it

Cons

Where to start. If your not a sales person than be ready to be treated like a piece of garbage. There's no chance for advancement here. Sales is the pride and joy of this "company" but a majority of them couldn't tell you what 1+1 equals. This is the most unstable company that I have ever witnessed. Management claims to help you advance but that is far from the truth. Management should change their motto to "we'll constantly bring you down and question your ability" cause that's what they're really good at. Management is never wrong. They're quick to point out when people do something wrong but fail to acknowledge when they've dropped the ball. They want you to go above and beyond for the company but refuse to compensate or acknowledge you when you do.

Pros

Flexible schedule. Easy to move up if they like you.

Cons

Too low key. Sometimes people say things that are really offensive and management doesn't do anything about it. They do not offer raises. The company wastes too much money on stuff we don't need like changing the brand logo. I worry the company isn't going to survive. The benefits are not that great. Two week vacation per year is not enough. They should offer three weeks plus a week of PTO. They don't care about any other employees besides the sales team thats it.

Thanks for the feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all employees, so I’m disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve, but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. First, discriminatory, harassing, or retaliatory behavior is prohibited from coworkers, supervisors, managers, owners, and third parties, including clientele. We take allegations of discrimination, intimidation, harassment and retaliation very seriously and promptly conduct an investigation when concerns are voiced. I encourage you to reach out to our Human Resource department with any concerns you may be having. We are a company that values, appreciates, and recognizes hard work and dedication to one’s career, it’s one of the reasons we promote 100% from within. Salary raises are based on an individual employee’s productivity and work performance. PTO provides employees with the flexibility to use time off to meet personal needs, while recognizing individual responsibility to manage paid time off. It is up to each employee to allocate how PTO days will be used – for vacation, illness, caring for children, school activities, medical/dental appointments, leave, personal business or emergencies. We feel that starting a new employee off with two weeks of PTO is generous, and like salary, can be increased based on the employee’s work performance and productivity. Beyond PTO, for we offer: • Health coverage - Effective on first day of employment • Dental - Effective on first day of employment • Vision Coverage free for all employees and effective on first day of employment • 401K with generous company matching • Paid Holidays • Referral Program Trip – All inclusive, bring a plus one, airfare included • Opportunites for personal and professional growth • Team outings and events We strive to maintain a fun, dynamic, results driven, and caring environment. I’m thankful that you took the time to share your opinion here so that others can become aware of our awesome company culture, generous benefits package, and rich career opportunities. On a personal note, working for a company that you would rate 1 out of 5 stars is a terrible predicament. Please seek help and guidance from management or find employment elsewhere.

Pros

Meet some good people. Get to help homeowners. If there is damage to the roof or siding you can fix it for them. Keeping there house in good condition and safe.

Cons

It is walking door to door and asking homeowners if they can inspect their house. Work with other advocate reps and see that they actually make the damage to your gutters and roof. By tearing up your roof with a quarter or putting dents in the down spouts. Which is very unethical. Manager would always tell me to get a claim on a home even if there is no damage. So basically wanted me to say there was damage when there wasn’t. It all just seemed so wrong.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are grateful to hear that you appreciated the aspects of the role that allowed us to help people. When our company was founded that was the spirit we had in mind. Our goal is to be a professional organization that informs homeowners of the effects of storms and to help them navigate the complexities of insurance restoration. It sounds like you had the right spirit, but that was broken by this unconscionable behavior that you claim. Let me be clear. Fabricating damage is illegal, it is a crime punishable by law. We take such claims very seriously, as it is not the policy of our organization to fabricate damage for any reason. This review has caused us to initiate an investigation into the possibility of fabricating damage by a member of our team. We have controls in place to ensure that this doesn’t happen or that if it does, those responsible will face the consequences. I encourage you to report any employee(s) displaying such behavior to a member of management immediately. If you don't feel comfortable reaching out to a manager, you can reach out to our Safety and Loss Control Manager
