Pros

Competitive pay and okay benefits

Cons

Lots of growing pains. Disorganized. The healthcare benefits are bad and they use UMR. The more you make the more you pay. Used to be you would pay less for longevity.

Pros

Flexibility in work hours, particularly to those working remotely.

Cons

If you are good at what you do you will be asked to assist everywhere which will have you overworked with little to no increase in compensation.

Mediocre at Best, Toxic More Often Than Not

Pros

Passable pay structure and benefits, although not up to industry standards for either in a large metropolitan area

Cons

Lack of clarity on organizational structure, goals, etc. that has gotten more ambiguous with the merger with Atrium and negatively impacts departments and jobs across the organization. Sub par health insurance and 401k match. Toxic corporate culture (think “more, better, faster - with less!) and next to no psychological safety, with frequent occurrences of blatant retaliation at the enterprise and regional levels.
