      Pros

      Advyzon is a great product capturing a lot of financial advisors’ attention.

      Cons

      Management isn’t qualified to lead nor advocate for their teams. Salary is average (at best) considering the number of hours expected to work. No work/life balance or career paths to pursue unless you want to go into product. No opportunity for personal development, no true support from HR.

      Great Company! Surrounded by intelligent motivated people who are focused on moving this business forward. Everyone is always looking to consistently improve the product.

      Cons

      This is not a traditional 40hr work week type of job. Everyone works long hours as the company is still in a period of massive growth.
