Pros
Used to be a supportive work environment with a good team atmosphere. Also used to have a good work/life balance.
Cons
All started going downhill a few years ago. Work/life balance was thrown way out whack when partners expected all employees to work as if they were also partners (with no equity in company). They promoted an awful bully into a higher level management position who would then demean and outright be abusive to people in the office.
