      The workload can sometimes be a lot due to lack of resource but the team really value work life balance and supporting one another.

      Unlimited opportunities to learn as the company is involved in so many areas of the industry, whether that's media, creative or ad tech. Friendly and supportive environment to work in. If you put the work in, progression and promotions are readily available.

      Cons

      It is a fast-paced environment, with many new projects continuously coming in. And always a lot to learn in the ever-changing space! This can lead to times when things can be hectic to manage.
