Colleagues are great and good fun.

Seems like a regular assessment of Adyoulike but nothing seemly has changed. There is little innovation or freedom to innovate. Their day to day practices are extremely outdated, incorrect or manual. Extreme Micromanagment from senior management - which they're oblivious to. Bad treatment of some long term staff. Little done about staff who are forced into working longer hours - despite the route cause being business inefficiency. More focused on looking good - D&I initiatives and nice Linkedin Posts rather than actually looking after staff. Many of the Grads at adyoulike who are still there and dont know any better become like their senior counterparts.
