If you are a family member or family friend of either co-founder then you will be given a high salary position in the company which you are grossly under qualified for.

Cons

If you are not a family member of family friend then you get treated like something on the bottom of their shoe. Current employees are leaving left, right and centre. There is nothing in place for staff retention yet a new applicant / hire will be given the world.
