      Pros

      Is a company without consistent processes , no hiring criteria, with a very heterogenous professionals. Leadership is very bad, there is no human respect, money is the only thing that interest, what leads to a very agressive sales force, not following compliance and selling products out of a specification.

      Cons

      Good salaries and benefits. The company has very good products, that unfortunatelly are not being explored and promoted in the right way.

      Pros

      Paycheck. Paycheck. Paycheck and not much else. Interesting Need to write a book called, "When bad companies happen to good employees".

      Cons

      IMO, Vindictive, grotesque company culture incredible amounts of gossip coming out of corporate and weekly upheaval with continually changing roles. Constantly fearful of managements reactions and losing our jobs. Lay offs have been the cherry on top.
