The company is running towards a goal with a blindfold. Lack of customer trust. Big Company at the global level but not having the best product and market capture as per brand value.

Can be Political, and continual reorganizations

Office facilities are poor Employee benefits are poor or non existent Employee development program is a joke Policies are not transparent Processes don't exist People can call anytime regarding work (including late nights)
