      - Great team to work with - Engaging team bonding activities

      Cons

      - The company lacks structure - They treat employees like children by forcing them to attend meetings physically at the office (in this day and age) - They give the work of multiple people to one person all in the name of 'wearing many hats' so get ready to work - They use and dump staff instead of giving them the opportunity to grow

      Pros

      The company provides you with the most enabling environment I have ever been around in my career. You are not micro managed and are given the levity to express yourself and your craft as best you can. The culture is extremely homely, open door policy, staff welfare and oh, social activities are always a hit. Overall I would say aella is a place where you are enabled to express, nurture and hone and improve your talents which in turn makes you a marketable product at any level playing field.
