      Very smart colleagues In a "hot" and "buzz word" space to be in Company salary is above average Company offers (most of the time) freedom to get job done

      Cons

      For the most part management knows there are some serious and real issues with product and execution; however, there answer is to blame the employees, blame the customers and blame some more. Morale at non-management level is the worse I've even seen in a company. Rank and file should not feel they can be replace or disposed at any convenient time. A real part of the management culture is to openly berate and criticize. No real consideration of any work life balance
