Frequent organizational changes created uncertainty at times. Repeated layoffs created a culture of uncertainty and low morale. Leadership lacked transparency during organizational changes. Internal politics often outweighed performance and merit. Compensation and annual increments were below market expectations. Limited career growth opportunities despite increased responsibilities. Frequent restructuring led to instability and shifting priorities. Employee concerns were not always addressed effectively by management.
