Pros

No Pros that one can think of

Cons

Weekend Warriors with No Reward: Want to enjoy your weekends like a normal human being? Think again. At Aerchain, weekends are fair game for work, and there's no compensation in sight. Whether it's Saturday or Sunday, you're expected to be at their beck and call, sacrificing your precious time without a hint of appreciation or overtime pay. It's a one-way ticket to burnout city. Salary Stagnation: Despite the company's demands for your undivided attention, Aerchain conveniently forgets to compensate you fairly. Salaries are stagnant, stuck in the dark ages while the cost of living continues to skyrocket. It's insulting to see your hard work go unrecognized and unrewarded, while the higher-ups line their pockets without a second thought. Coerced Positive Reviews: Aerchain's HR department, in collusion with management, has crossed ethical boundaries by pressuring every employee to fabricate positive reviews about the company. This desperate attempt to artificially inflate its image is not only deceitful but also insulting to the intelligence of both current and prospective employees. It's a clear sign of the company's desperation to cover up its shortcomings and deceive unsuspecting individuals into joining a sinking ship.

It’s important to clarify that weekend work at Aerchain is not a standard practice. Over the past five years, the only individuals consistently working over weekends have been our co-founders, who do so to plan effectively for the team and their goals. Occasionally, some core team members may step in during critical times, but these instances have accounted for less than 2% of all weekends. Additionally, there are rare cases, such as product releases or managing escalations, where a small number of employees may be needed, which is typical in any high-growth startup. Regarding the concern about "lining pockets," it's important to note that our co-founders and core team have consistently prioritised the well-being of our employees, often sacrificing their own salaries and forgoing hikes for years when necessary. At Aerchain, leadership compensation is closely tied to the overall team's performance, with leaders typically receiving raises that are equal to or less than the average increase given to their teams. Our approach is to ensure that the success and rewards are shared fairly across the organisation Addressing the concern about salary stagnation, we want to clarify that over the last five years, every eligible employee has received salary increases, with the exception of the COVID-19 pandemic period, during which we faced significant financial challenges (There were hardly 6 people in the team back then - only the founding team). Despite this, once we stabilised, we resumed providing salary hikes, which have often exceeded market standards, even during years of modest growth. Our priority has always been to ensure that our team members are fairly compensated for their contributions. Regarding the concern about coerced positive reviews, we want to emphasise that our focus has always been on building a high-growth company rather than on online reviews. However, we did face a situation where a small number of former employees, who left under challenging circumstances, posted negative reviews. In response, we encouraged our long-standing team members to share their genuine experiences to provide a balanced perspective for prospective employees. Our intention was to ensure that new joiners could make informed decisions based on a broader range of feedback. For those currently with us, the positive culture and work environment are well known and experienced daily. Our average tenure & the retention rate are a testament of how we take care of our employees. We sincerely wish you the best in all your future endeavours and hope you achieve great success. At Aerchain, our employees are, and will always be, our top priority. Please share any genuine feedback on culture@aerchain.io to help us improve & become better.

Pros

None, there's no one good thing about this company to share.

Cons

Fake Reviews Pressure: At Aerchain, the HR team and management are pushing everyone to write good stuff about the company online, even if it's not true. It's like they're trying to hide the bad stuff by getting us to lie about how great it is here. No Honesty: Instead of fixing the real problems at work, like bad management or low pay, they want us to pretend everything is perfect. It's not fair to trick people into thinking Aerchain is awesome when it's not. Ignoring Real Issues: By forcing us to write fake reviews, they're ignoring the things that actually need fixing. Next level of begging employees. It's like they care more about looking good online than making Aerchain a better place to work. Bottom Line: Aerchain's HR and bosses are playing a sneaky game, trying to make the company look better than it really is. Don't believe the hype – Aerchain has some serious issues they need to fix before it's worth joining. manipulation tactics are a disgraceful reflection of the company's values. Avoid Aerchain at all costs.

We take all feedback seriously and are committed to creating a positive work environment. If you have any specific instances or evidence related to your concerns, we encourage you to share them with us so that we can address them directly and take appropriate action. Our co-founders have always made themselves available to listen to and address employee concerns, maintaining an open-door policy for the past five years. They regularly dedicate time to receive and act on feedback from all employees, regardless of their role or experience level, ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. Our primary focus has always been on building a high-growth company with a strong, satisfied team. While we typically do not place much emphasis on online reviews, we recognise that a few former employees who left under challenging circumstances have shared negative feedback. In response, we encouraged our long-standing team members, who have been integral to our success, to share their genuine experiences. This was done to ensure that prospective employees receive a balanced perspective and can make informed decisions. Those currently with us are well aware of our company culture and work environment, which we continuously strive to improve. We believe the data speaks for itself. The majority of our initial team members have been with Aerchain for several years, with an average tenure of over 3.5 years and counting. During this time, they have experienced significant personal and professional growth. While the work can be demanding and our compensation may not be the highest in the industry, many of our team members choose to stay and thrive here, which we see as a testament to the positive environment and opportunities for development that Aerchain provides. Out of the 146 individuals who have worked with us, only 11 have left, citing concerns primarily related to challenges with their reporting manager or a perceived lack of guidance for growth. We understand that these are important issues, particularly in roles where we were still gaining experience. To address these gaps, we have proactively strengthened our leadership team with highly experienced professionals dedicated to improving these areas. We are proud to say that the majority of these departures have been on a positive note, with mutual well-wishes for continued success in their careers. Summarising, all the evidence & data clearly shows that there is absolutely no need for Aerchain HR or management to force anyone in the company for reviews. We sincerely wish you the best in all your future endeavours and hope you achieve great success. At Aerchain, our employees are, and will always be, our top priority. Please share any genuine feedback on culture@aerchain.io to help us improve & become better.

Pros

Pro's 1- You have to work till 3 am on saturday 2- IF you will request to get it done by monday they will ask you to leave 3- no parties they will say we are workholic 4- If you say you want peace you can't work all weekends they laugh and ask then leave please 5- No plans intentiaonally they will give you work by friday night or thursday night so that you have to work on weekends

Cons

Weekend work is silently mandatory — you're expected to be available from day one without any prior notice or formal process. Last-minute pressure is the norm — tasks are often assigned on Friday nights or early Saturday mornings, with deadlines by Sunday night. There is zero respect for work-life balance — no regard for mental health, physical well-being, or personal time. Leadership lacks empathy — if you refuse weekend work or raise concerns, you're indirectly told to leave. No defined processes — planning and execution are chaotic, which leads to avoidable stress and burnout. No appreciation, only blame — even if you give your 100%, your contributions go unnoticed while mistakes are magnified. Everyone is mentally disturbed but afraid to speak up — people continue to suffer in silence because the culture doesn’t allow you to say "no". Final thoughts: I’ve already started exploring better opportunities. If you value your peace, personal life, and long-term career growth, I’d advise you to think twice before joining.
