Pros

Salary is quite decent for me and really helped me a lot financially. Tasks and obligations are spread out to the team efficiently. Leads and most of the workmates are very capable, helpful and approachable. There are fun meetings and monthly overview on what to do next and planning ahead. Unique monthly bonus system.

Cons

Reduced hours when off season, sometimes specially at the end of the year to January there are reduced work hours to some of the employees which may affect their income in some ways.

Amazing team members and leadership team. Very supportive of individual external responsibilities and/or issues.

Cons

When issues arise within the company, especially in times when business is slow, people with fewer responsibilities can get their work hours compromised compared to those people who have bigger responsibilities.
