Aeris Partners was a fantastic place to begin my career. As an analyst you will dive deeply into technical analyses including retention, unit economics, whitespace, etc and gain a strong understanding of what makes a successful SaaS business. You are consistently encouraged to take on more responsibility and mentorship is a key element of the experience at Aeris. Everyone from your Associate to Managing Director wants you to succeed and provides constructive comments to help you come up the curve quickly. You will also join nearly every client call for the deal you are staffed on which is helpful in gaining a thorough understanding of the progression of an M&A deal. The culture is very collaborative and analysts frequently eat together in the kitchen area. Overall, at Aeris you will gain a strong technical skillset while working on deals with a collaborative and collegial team. I genuinely enjoyed coming to work every day during my time here.
