Good opportunity to enter the aerospace field, but the pay is just average.

Cons

Some employees do the bare minimum, negatively affecting workflow. While management is aware, nothing is done. Decision-making is solely in the hands of the CEO, with upper management having little influence. There is no genuine concern for employees, the constant sense of urgency creates stress without real progress. PTO is only 10 days including sick days.
