      Pros

      Aviation is an interesting domain with lots of important challenges / opportunities for software products.

      Cons

      Very weak, political and unsupportive leadership with no vision and growth mindset. Poor culture with low employee morale and high turn over. Terrible commute to Richmond from Burnaby, Vancouver and Surrey.

      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits. Compensated OT is a big perk. A wide range of projects and the opportunity to switch between projects keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks a strong vision and often seems to flip flop between priorities. There doesn't seem to be a solid direction to follow and the company is fragmented and siloed in its projects.
