      I LOVE my employer!

      Pros

      From the first day of employment to the current date (almost a year) , I have felt like this is a company that truly values their employees. The culture is like no other and the amount of talent amongst the staff is insurmountable.

      Cons

      There are truly no cons in my mind. The entire staff is dedicated and motivated to not only have a diverse and energetic environment but also to push the envelope in Flight Test altogether. it is definitely a "work hard, play hard" atmosphere! Looking forward to my continued career with AeroTEC, LLC!

      Cons

      If you're not part of the core group you are expendable. Also, this is not a place that hires juniors. AeroTEC prefers SME's and experienced engineers. This is not a starter company for a career. AeroTEC lacks focus and has no experience in bidding or executing big projects, an arena it is trying to play in. They have no processes or software tools, no config control, and don't even have a drawing release process. The company can't seem to afford licenses and upkeep of the software tools they do have. AeroTEC has never completed a major aviation project. They have the will, but doesn't have a way. They specialize in small one-off STC work and have failed more than once attempting to handle massive projects.
