There are none. Besides the nice dinners u have for Thanksgiving and Christmas. U also will possibly have good coworkers depending on your own mindset 4 day week
Cons
Extremely hot in summer,freezing in winter,long hours,not much advancement there,management doesn't care especially the lead on third. Barely any room to make more money, no kind of incentives to wanna work there, too much drama

Cons
Lack of training, lack of supplied necessary tools, equipment is beat to death, very hot or cold, no overtime, yearly raises are miniscule, very hard to advance, supplied blueprints or information frequently wrong or missing information.
