5yWe have only just learned about this review and are naturally concerned to read it. It is not reflective of any exit interview, formal, or informal feedback that anyone in the company has received in the past. We are very pleased to note that the strength of the team is acknowledged but extremely disappointed by some of the the comments. We work hard to promote empowerment of our people and to recognise the leadership skills and capacity within the team. We accept and learn from valid criticism, and the ability of the company as a whole to listen and improve has been central to our success. But we do so with respect to a wide range of opinions and feedback across the whole team and the sentiments expressed here are not recognised in that wider view.
