      No two days are ever the same. Typically a fun atmosphere to work at. Free snacks and beverages in the canteen. Work with industry leaders.

      Typical small company, as soon as you are not in the cool crowd, it is a fast trip out the door.

      Pros

      Aeroprobe is a small company, meaning each employee gets to wear many different hats and do a variety of jobs from dealing with customers, to coding, to mechanical assembly. A good environment for anyone who would rather be busy than bored.

      Cons

      As a small company, each employee has a backlog to do list a mile long, and paying jobs often sink IR&D projects to the bottom of the list. Thankfully, management is quite understanding of what is possible.
