We are a very fast paced organization. We have to be to provide the level of support that our customer base demands. Not everyone is suited for it.

Innovative, overall premise of services they provide is a good idea

Cons

Toxic leadership, manager screaming at people through hallways. Managers always speak to people in a condescending, belittling nature. Help is not offered. Company is growing at a rapid pace, employees are not at the forefront, they are a tool only to be used and not cared for.
