      Pros

      Pay was good but was not worth the stress that accompanied.

      Cons

      There are far too many overpaid "leaders" and not nearly enough doers. The work never ever got done correctly, and on time, the service being forced to sell was unreliable. There was never any support for lower level positions or customer service. It felt like people were hired for their title and not their skill set.
