      Very Good company to Learn and Grow faster. Will get real time domain, project and customer management experience.Will get leadership opportunities faster. Work environment will be real challenging and there will be freedom in thoughts and implementation.

      Lack of sales. Need lot of financial backing to take the company to further bigger level.

      Worst company, we can't find any pros there

      Salary delay, Micro Management, Unstable products, salary cutting, Worst appraisal, no proper top level management, team leads are planning everything. No proper documentation about there product or development. Worst project management tracking syatem

      If you're the type that loves freedom

      Cons

      People lack insurance knowledge even though they are socalled qualified in it.Hint their accreditations are from India/Sri Langka.They only know backend details aka which fund is moneys to drip into.Thats about it. Do NOT expect to be trained or mentored unless you come from that part of the world and heck many who is from there also can only tolerate it for a few months.
