      A Bunch of Unprofessional Kids.

      Pros

      None - I mean it - there's no advantage to work in this so-called company! A group of people who think they have a novel idea. Their idea is nowhere near reality and with their inexperienced crew they'll never be able to bring it to reality.

      Cons

      Dungeon like work environment (my basement is more organized than their dumpster they call office) Terrible culture No organization - absolute chaos They claim to bring products to production for automotive applications. They have no experience nor willing to adopt automotive grade best practices

      $15 daily lunch allowance (which is way less than other companies)

      Cons

      Don't know where to start.... Terrible culture No business plan No product readiness Low compensation with no annual bonuses Unqualified / inexperienced people promoted to VP level positions (it's just a joke) Management do not have the experience They do not present the facts to customers and business partners

      Avoid - just a Hype

      Good engineering team some of the old timers are fun to work with - That is it.

      Cons

      Though a lot before writing this review my intent is not hurt Aeva, But every one has the right to know before making a decision if you are leaving your current job to join the hype. - Start up with Apple like behavior. (Bound to fail) - Lot of hire and lot of attrition. Check the stats in LinkedIn that tells a lot about the company attrition . - Doubt if the company can ship meaning full product in future. - Chaos and mess. Office looks like dumpster. If you are seeking employment go for it and take it if you get an offer you will learn something. But don't believe the hype it is mess ! you have been warned !
