I recently worked at Aeyon and was extremely disappointed with the level of racism and poor human resource practices that I encountered during my time there. I specifically witnessed several instances of racist remarks and jokes being made by colleagues and superiors, and when I brought these incidents to the attention of HR, they were not taken seriously and no action was taken to address the problem. Additionally, I found that HR was not responsive to my complaints and requests for support, and instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more focused on protecting the company rather than their employees. I was deeply disappointed by the lack of support and the hostile work environment that I encountered at this company. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering employment at Aeyon.

See above. The company really only cares about fulfilling a contract long enough to get paid. They also will keep contracts understaffed for as long as possible and pocket the extra money rather than give any sort of raise or incentive to the overworked staff.
