Pros
- pay was ok, but severely different depending on what your starting pay is. I was making 20k more than my "Team Lead" due to their raise and salary increase policies. - before merging with Aeyon and still Sehlke, upper management was helpful and nice.
Cons
Care more about clients than employees. Make up reasons to get rid of you if the client wants you gone. Two faced management. Made my team write about concerns for clients and what wasn't working and still the same problems continued. Refused to do anything that would actually help employees do their job. Overworked and blamed for client errors and lack of communication. Got rid of PTO
