Great opportunity to improve your communication skills as you will deal with open-minded and professional people from all over the world with different time zones, while the remote environment requires more communication, and from the technical perspective you will use/learn a lot of things such as all kinds of NoSQL databases, AngularJs, TypeScript, etc...
Cons
Sometimes it's difficult to find common working hours across all those different time zones.

Lack of documentation We need clear documentation on what features we have, how we do things and stuff. Affable is a big platform but doesn't have the documentation of a big platform . It doesn't even have the documentation of a small platform
