      You have the flexibility to work remote.

      Cons

      I wish we worked 4-day work weeks. Working M-F 9-6pm honestly feels like all you do is work. Plus, most of the times you end up working after hours (with no pay) because the work load gets too heavy.

      Pros

      They at the time had great benefits and incentives but then were taken away. The team gets along great.

      Cons

      For the amount of work that is done and compared to other agencies I feel the employees are underpaid. At least those in business development management titles. We make way way way less than the industry average. That is not taking into account extra experience.
