The executive dress attire, you are the only person who is not allowed to follow the casual dress code. Zero communication and extremely hazed just to see if you'll stick around

It is a very low-stress work environment, and most people are really chill.

Cons

Benefits and PTO aren’t very good. Only 6 holidays are observed and 4 of them are working holidays.
