Not reliable, would rather have a “just make it work” system in a day than a robust system in a week. Tend to give you way too many projects with similar or interdependent deadlines and acts as if they are doing you a favor when they extend them, turn over is high enough that architecture is a mash up of partially finished projects from former employees, quick work thrown together by contractors and hardly anyone knows what half the infrastructure is and there are so many hardcoded values in the software…good luck if something changes over night….
