      No pros at all, horrible culture

      Horrible culture and no help from upper management nor corporate. You have to figure everything out on your own without assistance. Just terrible.

      Great atmosphere and great co-workers. Not a big company so you know the CEOs as well.

      Very disorganized in accounting and lacks leadership and following up with their properties.

      Pros

      Easy to ask for time-off, Holiday pay, Christmas bonus, Understanding other holidays we celebrate that they don't but still allow us to take a day off.

      Cons

      Salary, Not sure what my recruitment agency and Affinity deal is but it's not really enough for a month.
