Great, Challenging Projects Caring Team They make sure you're comfortable with the project and ask if you would like to change

Off-hour training Work/life balance and quality will heavily depend on the client/project! To be fair I work mostly with the client so not much else to say

Pros

As always depends a lot on the manager, got a mix of horrible and ok ones. Usually risk higher paying.

Cons

If you have a high salary, they have a hard time keeping you. They get you a smaller international client with 1 year contract, most of the times client ends contract, probably for getting a better deal, and they just ditch you as soon as they can.
