Pros

typical corporate job and good pay

Cons

they expect too much out of you, in 40 hours of time they want you to do the work of 60 hours and come over time if you need to. lots of people politics, some people work their way up too fast cheating openly and some people waste time being honest and not get promoted for years...

Pros

The people are great, easy to get along with, good camaraderie. HR and salary are good. Work life balance was good.

Cons

No money to make any improvements. Slow old computer systems. CEO committed to a failed theory, and continues to escalate that commitment. Seems clueless to the fact that you can't increase revenues without increasing customer base. While most companies in the world have figured out that increasing customer base increases revenues, CEO thinks he has a better way by driving away new business and banking on renewals to keep the company making money.

Pros

Good work life balance. They offer a generous 401K match. Jeans everyday. Competitive base pay and decent number of vacation days.

Cons

The management team uses a tactical approach rather than a strategic approach and therefore has no vision of where the company is going. The existing processes and systems are highly inefficient. Inter department communication is nonexistent. The financials of the company are so bad it's hard to believe the leadership group that fails to deliver quarter after quarter is still in place. The rumors of upcoming layoffs are never ending.
