Very well defined processes Good at Ethics and professionalism More Perks and other benefits like health, education budgets etc. Colleagues help each other to grow together. Manager/Team Lead and highest competent authorities listen very patiently and advice accordingly. Good team building and recreational activities actually boost bonding between cross team and help us to know them better.

Some team members are great, some employees are experienced, but key word is some Nice office

No strategy for development at all No KPIs, no expectations and results agreement, no meetings, no planning sessions, no feedback, no skill sharing, no transparency, no career promotions perspective, no direct communication within and between departments
