Morale is at an all-time low, with many talented employees jumping ship in search of better opportunities. Resources are mismanaged, and there's a noticeable lack of investment in employee development and technology. The once promising company culture has deteriorated, leaving behind a toxic work environment where blame is more common than collaboration. I can no longer recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace.
