There is a level of flexibility in work schedules and remote work options, which can be a plus for work-life balance. Despite the issues, you'll work alongside some incredibly skilled and dedicated individuals who are passionate about their work

Cons

The leadership lacks vision and fails to provide clear direction, resulting in chaotic decision-making and constant shifts in priorities. Morale is at an all-time low, with many talented employees jumping ship in search of better opportunities. Resources are mismanaged, and there's a noticeable lack of investment in employee development and technology. The once promising company culture has deteriorated, leaving behind a toxic work environment where blame is more common than collaboration. I can no longer recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace.
