Pros

Blue Ash is a good community to work in.

Cons

We have all seen a movie or two about working for a horrible boss within a company that is too afraid of her or misled to do anything about it. ALS is the reality of the movie content.

Dear Former "recruiter": I am sorry about your experience. It would have been great to hear from you personally. I must wonder about this particular review because if you are a recruiter, I have never had recruiters working here since I have been back. I find this puzzling at best. We have not had any recruiters here we for about two years. During the COVID 19 pandemic we had to make a lot of pivots and downsized due to challenges. If in fact you are a person who worked in some OTHER role and did not come to me about your issues, I must say I am very sorry about your feelings and experience. I am always open to talking to you personally at any time you can. Again thank you for sharing. Lynn

I am so proud that we have a growing company that has survived COVID-19, even though the work environment is sometimes stressful due to these recent challenges. We are definitely working hard to service our community. We work hard to provide a healthy work environment, as evidenced by our last companywide employee engagement survey which indicates employees are extremely satisfied.
