CEO is a two face man. If you join this company by chance i.e. u r not getting any job, what ever Hr or CEO says ask them in writing otherwise they dont remember what they say mainly salary stuff. If your salary has variable they will give only 50% of it, this is standard. They don’t have any policy. Ohh how can forgot the main part. They deduct your salary sometimes if you are 15 min late. If HR says they have flexible timings just laugh. Timings start from 10 am ends after min then of 8.5 hrs . If you leave early salary deducted. Let me tell you Formula for tax deduction (No of days employee present in a month * salary on a single day of that month) - ( tax that is calculated for every month) If you think formula is tough I’ll make it easy lets assume your monthly salary is 50k ( per day salary 1667 if mnth has 30 days) and tax deduction is 6k so u get 44k in hand. Now your timings were less so lets assume 2 days deduction 1667*28 -6000 =40676 Above mentioned thing is they dont deduct your tax for 28 days they calculate tax for 30 days and deduct it. Lets come to policy , its not employee friendly its CEO friendly main motive of CEO is deduct as much as from employees that they are pissed. Saturday is working. They will say in interview that in future it will be off. Dont believe that. If you join and lets assume you are here for 2-3 months ( i m glad u survived) they will monitor u from cameras if u are watching youtube in free time they will escalate to your manager . You cannot sit in canteen for long thats an offence . You cant sit in meeting rooms alone. You cant have free time. There is alot to say but its fine till here if you read this and still join this company then wish you strength, power, patience and luck also. This scenario is of corporate office if you are in field job u r boom Last thing this is company where you will feel u r servant not employee

They are giving you salary.

If start then glassdoor word limit will exceed. I'll start with work. No vision at all they think you are donkeys that can do one work plenty of time . If CEO approves your design and you create it,it again changes then again then again ,there is no limit. They dont understand the requirement and just tell developers to code, when you will finish they will analyse and change everything you have created. Management has no brains. They dont think about product about tech team,they think you are sales team . If you want to join affordplan for learning, please dont rest is your wish. Salary is also deducted for coming late ,then for leaves. 2 month notice period. They monitor you every second, whenever you go out they mark your time, then when you come in, almost everytime.
