Pros

Good security disastrous accommodation and food. Perfect Opportunity for those who are into being humiliated and insulted.

Cons

Heavy politics between management within a family owned entity. You have to claim loyalty to one group so you can be targeted by the other. If you are among the "lucky ones" you get to live in the corporate hotel which is nothing but a 20 foot container with enough space for a dog to live in. You can also enjoy the international cuisine that offers a variety of foods that would not fit any taste.

Family owned with a lot of in fighting between different factions within top C level management; bad accommodations/housing; bad food; almost never pay bonuses!
