      Great work place to work, work life balance, working from home options, great perks and benefits, interesting work. Many opportunities for promotion and growth and well organised structures and policies.

      A lot of bait and switch roles

      Excellent perks and benefits Multicultural environment and diverse nationalities

      Cons

      No proper processes and guidelines, difficult culture to break into. Toxic culture, no work life balance, Team calls over public holidays, weekends and at night and you get scolded for setting up boundaries. A lot of bait and switch jobs
